Diwali is over and we are all suffering from post festive season blues. Are you as well? The grandest of our festivals is a time for consumption and festivities for weeks on end, with card parties and binging on the many festive goodies being produced and distributed. It’s truly the season of letting go and enjoying the many eats given during the milans and visits of relatives & friends. But once the festive is over, it’s time for all of us to go back to our regular exercise regimen as well controlling our diet as we have been.
